Welcome to the Timber Cove Homes   Association

The Timber Cove Homeowners Association is a small community located on Highway 1 approximately 33 miles north of the town of Bodega Bay.   There are 213 lots of which about half include homes.  Timber Cove is a quiet place with numerous beautiful ocean views, redwood trees, wild ferns, beautiful landscapes, and numerous creeks.  As a community, we strive to preserve the natural character of the land within Timber Cove.  Fort Ross and Salt Point State Parks are nearby, as is Stillwater Cove Regional County Park.   Kruse Rhododendron State Natural Reserve is located about 20 minutes north of Timber Cove.

Design Philosophy

Timber Cove’s architectural vision balances the preservation of our unique coastal landscape with modern, fire-resilient design. The Association’s Architectural Guidelines establish clear, objective standards applied equally across all properties, prioritizing fire hardening, structural integrity, and defensible space alongside aesthetic balance. TCHA encourages high-quality, environmentally responsible, and fire-safe designs that protect our community while honoring its natural beauty and heritage.
