Welcome to   our Timber Cove Homes   Association   Website

​ Timber Cove Homeowners Association is a small community located on Hwy 1 approximately 33 miles north of the town of Bodega Bay.   There are 213 lots of which about half include homes.  Timber Cove is a quiet place with numerous beautiful ocean views, redwood trees, wild ferns, beautiful landscapes, and numerous creeks.  As a community, we strive to preserve the natural character of the land within Timber Cove.  Fort Ross and Salt Point State Parks are nearby, as is Stillwater Cove Regional County Park.   Kruse Rhododendron State Natural Reserve is located about 20 minutes north of Timber Cove off Hwy 1.   These local parks  offer  wonderful coastal and forest walks  for all ages to enjoy.    

​2026 Board Meetings will occur on the 2nd Saturday of the following months:
January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September(Annual), October & November unless notified otherwise.

Design Philosophy

No single design can encompass Timber Cove’s diverse history, nor is that the purpose of the association's CC&R's. The architectural guidelines do not intend to hide or camouflage every structure. Rather, each planned structure is reviewed to ensure a minimum standard of quality, building materials, and integration with the existing lot and landscape. When possible, innovative, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally friendly designs will be encouraged.
