Welcome to Timber Cove
Timber Cove is a 263-lot residential development dominated by compelling natural beauty. It is wild, rugged, and remote. Timber Cove retains its natural beauty despite a history of farming, ranching, and timber harvesting that followed the culture of the Native American Pomo, who lived on this land for thousands of years. Timber Cove has a unique architectural character, that strives to be responsive to the natural environment.
Our community amenities include a public water district, an office, and designated private trails. We are surrounded by State and County Park lands with many public trails and beaches. Although we are a remote, rural enclave, we have a strong sense of community, with a variety of local clubs and service organizations.

No single design can encompass Timber Cove’s diverse history, nor is that the purpose of the association's CC&R's. The architectural guidelines do not intend to hide or camouflage every structure. Rather, each planned structure is reviewed to ensure a minimum standard of quality, building materials, and integration with the existing lot and landscape. When possible, innovative, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally friendly designs will be encouraged. The board has determined that the rules delineated in this architectural packet and the CC&R’s have been thoughtfully crafted with purpose and should be adhered to. Variances are very difficult to obtain.
